Congress enacts the $4 billion Sit-in computer/students Rehabilitation and Stimulation Act. All sit-in computer/students will be reprogrammed to prevent texting and to tolerate endless standardized tests. Their internal power systems will be replaced with new equipment that will provide 100% higher electric power input.
